Elite Community Management is owned and operated by seasoned Association Managers. We offer a combined 31 years of Property Management experience, of which, 11 years have been spent specializing in Common Interest Community Management. Our managers have experience in all phases of community management and understand that the needs of new communities, still under construction, differ greatly from those of older, established communities.
Service 
Elite Community Management keeps current with the latest changes in laws and acceptable practices through seminars, workshops, and conferences. This allows us to keep the Board of Directors well informed and educated. With our co-operative approach to management, all of our staff will be available to assist you with your needs, instead of being bounced from person to person looking for the right department to handle your concerns. We also work in cooperation with a resident contractor who can provide assistance with all common area maintenance and construction aspects.
Team 
Elite Community Management works as a team WITH the Board of Directors and Committee Members, NOT in place of them. As your management company, we are the right hand of the Board, carrying out their plans and decisions and acting as a buffer between the individual Directors and Members of the Association.
Quality 
Since our owners have extensive experience in the Common Interest Community Management field, they understand that you need professional, personalized, trained management service. That is why we closely monitor the amount of work with which each of our managers is tasked. We believe strongly that a manager cannot provide you exceptional service if they are over extended with other communities.
